01.Data collection practices
Natcall collects account details such as your name, email address, phone number, country or default dialing country, and login information. If you choose a profile photo, we upload and store it. We also collect wallet balance and top-up records; call details such as the number dialed, destination, status, duration, and charges; device and app activity needed to operate the service; support messages; and website cookie or analytics information.
With your explicit consent and permission, Natcall accesses and uploads contact details (names and phone numbers) from your device address book to enable core in-app calling features, identify callers, and allow seamless one-tap dialing. Your contacts are transferred securely via encrypted connections, are never sold or shared with third-party advertisers, and are not used for unsolicited messaging. You can revoke contact access at any time through your device settings.
Payment card details are handled by payment processors and are not stored by Natcall.
